Lorien is a Dallas native and received a B.A. in Literary Studies from the University of Texas at Dallas in 2012. She has been working in administrative support for UT Southwestern Medical Center for over eight years. She previously provided administrative support for the UT Southwestern, Department of Plastic Surgery before transitioning to her current role as an administrator supporting several research laboratories in the Department of Internal Medicine, Division of Digestive and Liver Diseases. In her free time, Lorien enjoys spending time with her family, going on hikes with her dog, and gardening.
